Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time After processing, delivery usually takes 8–18 business days, depending on your location. Your ZenLick ships from our partner warehouse overseas, which allows us to keep prices fair.

During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, deliveries may take a few extra days.

Tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after it is first created.

Shipping costs and taxes Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.

Address errors Please double-check your shipping address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can correct it before it ships.
